"Teresa has amazing employees who really care about my family and insurance needs. Life changes, our family has gone different directions but the one thing we work together on is our car insurance for the kids, and in that respect we are still working together as a family. I am able to share the ups and downs and they call once a month to make sure everything is OK and who is responsible for what policy, above and beyond customer service. Kirsten has helped me with my whole life insurance plans, giving me so much financial flexibility during the unforseen future, and when you walk in, Barb will greet you and let you talk about anything on your mind making you feel like you are part of the family. If you come at the right time, you might get to meet the new puppy Comet. As wonderful as the owner who created this wonderful environment that is your insurance investment."

"I moved from Ohio and Washington and everyone at Teresa's office was great in helping transfer my auto policy. They also let me know what I should change so it benefitted me more. Kirsten was extremely helpful and communicative the entire time. She even sent me a handwritten Thank You card which was an absolute delight. I could not be happier at how smooth the process was!"

"We have not visited Teresa @ Statefarm for over 4 years since we signed up for our car & insurance policy. Having a teenager who is now learning how to drive, we needed information how to add her into our car insurance policy, plus we also got updated with our house insurance policy. Overall, we are very happy with Teresa's service. She was on top of things over 100%:) They also have a very friendly front desk and was greeted by Tucker, a very friendly black labrador. Tucker is adorable :) We highly recommend Teresa!"
